Nothing happens by chance. The production process of our olive oil began centuries ago. Everything is connected. The wisdom handed down after so many years of living in harmony with the olive tree shows us the path ahead. In 1958, we took a step towards the future. Shared knowledge has enabled us to move forward, to progress. Joining forces with people who aspire to the same goal is what can drive you as far as you want to go. We can’t know how the members that founded our cooperative in the middle of the last century imagined the future to be, but we are sure that they fought to reach excellence in the quality of the products.
The different variety of virgin olive oil we make today come from this ambition to get the best out of themselves and the fruit. Loja’s land is generous. Our commitment to it is making the best oils and that, during the process, thanks to the knowledge acquired during the years of work at the foot of the olive tree and research efforts, we will be able to give back to the olive tree what the olive tree gives us: generosity in the form of fruits that themselves contain the essence of the land we walk on.
ENVERO
Extra virgin olive oil obtained exclusively at the beginning of each harvesting season, when the olives are still green. Entirely cold extracted using mechanical procedures as soon as they are harvested and packaged directly after being decanted and thoroughly ground, we achieve an excellent natural juice. From this respectful process emerges Loxa Envero, an extra virgin olive oil of the hojiblanca and picuda varieties, with a highly fruity flavour of green olives and a strong intensity in the taste, slightly bitter with certain spicy notes, balanced and with a pleasant lingering in the mouth, giving it a rich and complex personality. This variety is perfect for consuming raw, with freshly made toasted bread, to give a touch of distinction and exceptional flavour to all types of salads, and to enrich all types of dishes with an elegant dressing, especially fish and vegetables. A culinary jewel where all of the flavour of our land is concentrated.
Our entire production is certified and respectful in protecting and improving the environment. Moreover, our system of a circular economy, use and sustainability aim to protect natural resources.
This year, we also have a new eco-friendly line of Loxa Envero, of crops and production made exclusively using natural means.

GREEN
ASPARAGUS
Thanks to the generosity and wealth of our cropland, the green asparagus that we produce is of an exceptional quality. Produced daily, in 24 hours and always maintaining the cold line that guarantees the fresh quality of the product, it goes from being harvested in the field to the market where it can be bought by the end consumer.
The variety of different packaging, from the traditional wrapped bunch, which enables people to see the freshness of the product, to new lines of ready-to-cook products, designed for a wide range of situations in the current market, enabling us to market them broadly.
